Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is an elastic material with a Shore hardness of 95A that allows it to be stretched and flexed. Individual layers in this material adhere strongly to each other making the parts being very scratch and tear resistant, however have the down side that overhangs have poor printability and supports are very difficult to remove, making this material not suitable for parts with small details.TPU is best applied in parts that need to conform or need rubber like feel 95A.

PETG carbon fiber

TPU

PETG reinforced with carbon fiber has improved mechanical properties with being more stiff, 10% more impact resistant and higher heat deflection (85ºC) when compared with normal PETG.It has a matte surface finish making the layer lines almost imperceptible.
